At SNK ATK Design Lab, we strive for perfection in every technical garment, but if your gear isn't the right fit, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in original condition with tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unworn item back in its original technical packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipment

  Send your package using a tracked courier service to the address provided by our support team; keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our lab team will inspect the garment and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
